Sunday Soul Bites #2 - Soul Filled Summer Bucket List
A gentle, joy-filled summer bucket list for slowing down, savoring the season, and reconnecting with your inner child. Created for healing hearts — no pressure, just peace.
The Verse That’s Been On My Heart
Psalm 23:2–3 (NIV):
“He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters, He refreshes my soul.”
This summer, I’m choosing softness. Not inaction — but intention.
The past few months have been full of healing and shifting and doing hard things… but lately I’ve felt this tug to just be. To reconnect with joy for the sake of joy. Not because it’s productive. Not because it’s a biohack. But because I miss her — the version of me who made lists of things to look forward to and actually followed through.
So I made a bucket list. One that feels light, nourishing, and soul-full — not forced. I hope it inspires you to create your own too.

Grounded In Peace
We’re allowed to have seasons where the work is rest.
Where healing looks less like fixing and more like living.
Lately, I’ve realized that joy can be its own kind of medicine — and sometimes the best thing we can do for our gut, our hormones, and our nervous system is let ourselves feel safe enough to enjoy life again.
That’s what this little summer list is about.
If you enjoyed this reflection, you can get the full version of Soul Bites delivered straight to your inbox every Sunday — with extra gut-friendly recipes, tips I’m loving, and little encouragements from my own healing journey.
Welcome to Soul Bites — a weekly space I created to share simple, soulful reflections, gut-friendly recipes, and life behind the scenes of Feed Your Soul Sari.
This space was born from my own healing journey — and a desire to create a cozy corner away from the noise of social media, where I could encourage and nourish others walking their own path.
Each Sunday, I’m going to send out a full Soul Bites email to my subscribers — with personal reflections, gut-healing tips, faith-based encouragement, and all the little wellness practices that are helping me right now. Most of all, I hope these Soul Bites remind you that you are not walking your healing journey alone.
This post is just a small excerpt from the first issue. If you’d like to receive the full version each week (with even more recipes, resources, and honest behind-the-scenes shares), I’d love to have you join us: HERE
