Why You’ll Love These
Ultra gooey + rich - The brownie layers are fudgy, while the peanut butter center stays soft.

Gluten-free - The mix is gluten-free and refined sugar free.
Easy to make - Just layer, bake, and frost! No skills required!
What You’ll Need
Macro Mike Salted Caramel Powdered Peanut Butter - Make sure that it’s thin enough to spread into an even layer in the pan, but not too thin, add 1 tbsp of water at a time. I also add a big scoop for the frosting and it is 12/10.
Macro Mike Double Choc Chip Brownie Mix - The base of the brownies.
Coconut milk - Any non-dairy or dairy milk will work here, use what you have!
1 egg - Optional, but helps with structure.
Coconut oil - Again, optional, but adds extra richness.
Thick coconut yogurt - Make sure it’s a super thick brand, if you want even more protein you could even use greek yogurt!
How to Make It:
Prepare the peanut butter layer and freeze.
Mix the brownie batter and layer half in a pan, followed by the frozen peanut butter, then the rest of the batter.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Mix the yogurt and peanut butter powder together until smooth.
Cool completely, and top with the peanut butter yogurt frosting. Slice and enjoy!
